This EVP says I was murdered !!!

I had the recorder on last night when I went to bed around 11:00 PM, 3-30-04, Hilliard, Ohio.
I was trying to ask questions for an EVP but had such a coughing spell I couldn't talk.
I edited out the throat clearing before and after the EVP because it is so much louder than the EVP itself.

I also received several short messages that are hard to decipher. One says "do it" but the
others I can't make out. I'm only 1/4 of the way through the tape so there might be more.
This is the most clear that I have attached where the voice says "Can you help me?"

An article I read said you could get EVPs anywhere if you try keep trying about 5 minutes
or so every night around the same time. An entity will eventually find you noticing your attempts.
This was my first attempt in many months though.
