Who and What is M.A.J.D.A.? The name M.A.J.D.A.--- Derived from the middle initials of the five founding members.Nothing mystical,simply the truth. We chose not to go the usual route, and wanted to name our group something unique. In actuality,my son Wesley, 11 at the time, overheard us discussing a recent ghost hunt. It was he that created the name. It was later that we discovered MAJDA has ancient Egyptian origins as a bonus.

OUR MISSION STATEMENT

Our world is changing. Every day it evolves, for better or for worse towards an unknown destiny.
As we occupy ourselves with our busy lives we have began to take things for granted, make assumptions
and dismiss quickly that which cannot be readily explained. We are slowly forgetting our past as we
look eagerly to the future.
As much as the world changes one thing will remain constant....death. Everyone will die and as yet no
one has the knowledge of what happens to an individual when their body ceases to function.
We all have our own beliefs but there is no proof.

We are MAJDA and we gather to seek the answers to questions concerning the paranormal.
What are ghosts? What are spirits? It is unknown at this time. We are trying to obtain scientific
evidence that there are indeed events and everyday occurrences that do not conform to our beliefs in an
everyday existence.

Like so many others before us we have turned to science for the answers. Science has cured thousands
of diseases, proven theories once deemed "acts of God", broken the sound barrier and allowed mankind
to visit other planets. Can it prove that an afterlife exists?
